We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1-2 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £30 within the UK.

PRODUCT FRESHNESS

As our juices are fresh and perishable products, we take special care in packaging to maintain quality during transit. All orders are packaged with appropriate cooling materials to ensure freshness upon arrival.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, as our fresh juice products require refrigeration. If you're not available, the courier may leave the package in a safe place or return it to the depot for collection.

We recommend refrigerating your juices immediately upon receipt.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier service.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
